Refurbished flour mill

This flour mill, part of a set of 37 mills along the Garganta de los Molinos, is located in an environment of vineyards, olive groves, and forests. It used a traditional hydraulic system that took advantage of the water's fall to move the milling stones, being key in the supply of flour, especially during the post-war period. It has been restored and opened to guided tours that show its original operation and its historical and cultural importance. The tours, lasting approximately one hour and suitable for all ages, allow visitors to learn about the milling process, traditional hydraulic techniques, and the mill's relevance to the local economy.
